Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with PCs and branch automation.

• Provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Support sales and service by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts for client solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and controls.
