Ent Credit Union seeks a member service driven professional to acquire, expand, and enrich member relationships. You will educate members on accounts and finances, open new accounts, and cross-sell products to help them achieve financial success.

Role emphasizes personalized, professional service, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, notarial duties, and collaboration across Retail Delivery. This position collaborates during a merger-enabled growth phase with Wings Credit Union.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking or credit union regulations preferred.
• Experience recommending products to improve a member’s financial position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, opening new accounts and service requests.
• Educate members on features and benefits and cross-sell loan, deposit, and fee income products.
• Build trust and lasting relationships through engagement, questions, listening, and consultative approach.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact information and scheduling follow-ups.
• Refer members to financial experts (e.g., Mortgage Loan Originators) as needed.
• Resolve moderately complex member issues across departments for resolution.
• Exceed sales goals and provide notarial services to members.
• Support Wings community events and stay current on promotions.
• Adhere to risk and compliance processes to safeguard member assets.
