Responsibilities

• Promotes the sale of bank products and services to customers to maximize banking relationships.
• Responds to customer requests and processes banking service requests.
• Opens accounts with CIP verification and Regulation DD disclosures.
• Processes transactions and balances daily; checks documentation for accuracy to deter fraud.
• Orders ATM/Debit cards and ensures correct delivery details.
• Performs clerical tasks and updates account information in the core system.
• Follows shred procedures to comply with Regulation P.
• Assists with training of teller trainees.
