Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays.
• Willingness to travel between office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of retail and commercial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and directing them to appropriate services.
• Encourage use of self-service channels and assist with navigating digital banking tools.
• Open new personal and business accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
• Balance daily work and follow operational procedures.
• Meet personal sales and referral goals by developing relationships.
• Make outbound calls and participate in branch sales promotions as directed.
