Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Alpharetta, GA. You will perform regular vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist with access control, and respond to incidents while following site procedures and reporting requirements.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and provides opportunities to engage in patrols across technology, media, and telecom sites. CPR certification and prior security experience enhance your application.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license per policy.
• CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecom location by following site procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, entry/exit points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with credential verification and guest directions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach and proper reporting.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
