Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document entries, incidents, and observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and contact appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Support emergency response activities and communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
