Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Alpharetta, GA. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access, and deliver professional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology location.

Two years of security experience and a high school diploma are required; CPR certification is preferred. Schedule includes M-F 08:00-04:00 with a solid benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while enforcing site policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct routine and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility and perimeter; report issues.
• Monitor access points and assist visitor management by verification and directing guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, decisive action.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports for site leadership.
