Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Alpharetta, GA. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access, respond to alarms, and deliver customer service to a tech/media/telecom site. Valid driver’s license required; CPR and alarm panel experience preferred.

Qualifications

Two years of security-related experience required.
A valid driver's license is required.
CPR certification preferred.
Alarm panel experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document entries, incidents, and observations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
Support emergency response activities and communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
