Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by following site procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with Allied Universal management.
