Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
