Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior to leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate incidents to site leadership.
