Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Officer for a part-time role in Suffolk, VA. You will patrol sites, monitor access points, deter incidents with a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and deliveries at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access control and visitor activity; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report via post orders and protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and logs of patrols and interactions.
