Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer for a site in Prince George, VA. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic technology-focused environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to explore new shifts via the Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigations will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate as needed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and security concerns through reports.
