Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• A guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks as per law.
• Drug screening where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct routine patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and badge verification.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for proper notification.
• Support security operations at a fast-paced technology location with professional communication.
