Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and document observations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and complete required reports.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment following policies.
