Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Access Control in Springfield, VA to safeguard clients across various industries. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and support visitor and driver entry while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel performing security procedures.
Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and escalate per site procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of distribution areas, docks, parking areas, and perimeters.
Monitor access points and assist visitor, vendor, and driver entry as required.
Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to site contacts.
