The role requires a valid driver’s license for driving positions and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will engage with customers and team members, respond to incidents per site procedures, and help manage access control during daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail location including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns to store personnel or leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and traffic flow during events and peak periods.
