Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility operations location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of utility facilities, buildings, access points, equipment areas, and perimeter locations to observe and report irregularities.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorization, and document visitors and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
