Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls calmly and report per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain security presence to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization with logs.
• Report maintenance concerns and suspicious activity to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, service calls and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain access logs.
• Report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
