Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting concerns per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify store contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and daily activities in required reports and communicate information to leadership.
