Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to restricted utility operations areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required logs and documentation in accordance with site policies.
• Report observed hazards, damaged equipment, suspicious activity, and other security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Report observed hazards, damaged equipment, suspicious activity, and other security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
