Responsibilities

• Create and direct the traveler/worker experience and visual design across the travel journey (home, gate, onboard, terminal) including support and recovery experiences.
• Make wireframes, guides, and flows for different experience concepts.
• Model experiences and services using creative tools and methods.
• Benchmark carrier, travel, and non-travel industry experiences and best practices.
• Use your specialized knowledge to ensure our diverse traveler/representative experience projects are successful.
• Lay out and encourage collaborations with partners for coordinated effort and designs aimed at driving results.
• Use data to propose and convey innovative solutions for evolving products/features that put the “human first.”
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of business professionals and experienced designers to create and nurture valuable, inclusive ideas.
