Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. seeks a Design & Research Intern to help shape cohesive digital journeys across delta.com, the Fly Delta app, and internal tools.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, PMs, content designers, and engineers to design, test, and refine customer-facing and employee-facing solutions. You will participate in user research, contribute to design explorations, and bring concepts to life through prototyping and documentation, gaining hands-on experience with design

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate studies in UX/UI/design
• Interest in human-centered design and digital experiences
• Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (UX, content, PM, eng)

Responsibilities

• Design & prototyping: create user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• User research & testing: assist planning, conduct sessions, synthesize findings, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Collaboration & delivery: partner with designers, researchers, PMs, content designers, QA, and engineers; participate in reviews and documentation.
• Communication & storytelling: present concepts and findings, develop clear artifacts communicating direction and status.
