You’ll help create and refine traveler and employee experiences across the journey—from pre-boarding to on-site interactions—using wireframes, flows, and concept prototypes.

Qualifications

• Experience and interest in UI/UX design.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities across business, design, user, and culture contexts.

Responsibilities

• Create and direct the traveler/employee experience and visual design across the travel journey.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and flows for various experience concepts.
• Model experiences and services using creative tools and methods.
• Benchmark airline, travel, and endemic experiences and best practices.
• Apply your technical and practical skills to ensure multiple traveler/employee experience projects succeed.
