Overview

Delta’s Worldwide Development Community designs human‑focused arrangements that amuse clients and enable representatives. At the Overhang, we consistently seek new advances that push the limits of travel industry design. To further this goal, we are looking for a UI Innovation Design Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Create and direct the traveler/employee experience and visual design throughout the journey (at home, at the entrance, in‑flight, in the air terminal, etc.), including account‑recovery encounters and processes.
• Make wireframes, guides, and flows for different experience concepts.
• Model encounters and services using creative tools and techniques.
• Benchmark airline, travel, and non‑travel native experiences and best practices.
• Utilize your specialized and practical expertise to ensure our different traveler/employee experience projects are successful.
• Lead and cultivate relationships with partners for coordinated effort and design expectations that drive results.
• Use data (new and existing) to propose and convey innovative solutions for continuously improving products and benefits that put the “human first.”
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of business planners and specialist designers to create and foster insightful, comprehensive ideas.
