MTM Transit is seeking a Part Time Reservationist in Reno, NV to handle incoming calls, document trip requests, and schedule transportation with vendors. The role emphasizes accuracy, courteous customer service, and adherence to MTM procedures.

The ideal candidate will type at least 30 wpm, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Word/Excel is preferred, with attention to confidentiality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming ACD calls for customers—passengers, vendors, and clients.
• Schedule trips by documenting requests and selecting the most appropriate vendor.
• Use correct coding and documentation procedures.
• Report issues and unusual trip circumstances to team lead for prompt resolution.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of MTM Transit's Transportation Provider Network.
