Qualifications

• Clear communication for feedback delivery and conflict resolution.
• Mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-road supervision, including ride-alongs and shadowing, to ensure safety and service standards.
• Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints to promote passenger satisfaction.
• Monitor driver interactions and safety protocol adherence, provide coaching.
• Conduct Reasonable Suspicion assessments aligned with DOT compliance when needed.
• Provide continuous training with Field Manager, including initial and refresher courses.
