Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in transportation routing, dispatching and scheduling preferred.
• 1 year experience with transit scheduling system preferred.
• Knowledge of GPS and GIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with phone call information and dispatching of rides.
• Organize and route trips based on schedule and location.
• Provide directions and support to drivers.
• Communicate scheduling issues to transportation providers.
• Maintain effective communication with providers.
• Record incidents and report on-time performance.
