Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Experience working with multiple clients or in an accounting firm environment preferred.
• Strong background in bank reconciliations and payroll processing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines across several accounts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts.
• Process and manage payroll across several clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks for a variety of businesses.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable for assigned clients.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all financial data is organized, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
