Halo Home Watch, an established Naples, FL home services company, is seeking a part-time experienced bookkeeper/contractor to manage financial records, payroll, taxes, and reporting. Qualifications

5+ years’ experience as a bookkeeper/accountant.
Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Excel; payroll tax processing.
Ability to work independently with high accuracy and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping monthly, quarterly, and year-end.
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger.
Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses.
Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as needed.
Biweekly payroll processing.
Prepare monthly sales and tourism taxes.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist with year-end federal and state payroll and sales tax reporting.
Respond to tax and insurance authority requests including audits.
