Job summary

RTI International is seeking part-time School Test Administrators to administer TIMSS computer-based assessments in schools across the United States. The role involves coordinating with schools, setting up Chromebooks and connectivity, and collecting data.

The position is paid at $21 per hour, with travel as needed and approximately 15 hours per week when work is available. Training and field work are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or GED
• One-year experience related to data collection or working with children in schools
• Fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking
• Able to travel and complete training requirements

Responsibilities

• Administering computer-based assessments to students in-person in schools
• Contacting schools to discuss the study and confirm participation
• Collecting confidential information and administering standardized questionnaires
• Traveling to local or regional school sites and occasional overnight travel may be required
• Setting up Chromebooks and access points to establish connectivity and troubleshoot issues
• Transmitting data and maintaining accurate records of progress
