RTI International is seeking part-time School Test Administrators to administer school-based computerized assessments for TIMSS. The role involves in-person administration of tests, coordinating with schools, and traveling to local sites as needed. Training is required prior to data collection and you will use RTI-issued devices to record and transmit data.

The position is part-time with an approximate 15 hours per week schedule, typically weekdays, and may require overnight travel. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
• One-year experience directly or indirectly related to field interviewing, data collection, teaching and/or working with children in schools.
• Comfortable working in a school setting and in all types of neighborhoods.
• Possess effective communication skills through speech and listening.
• Fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking.
• Available for training and data collection period.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable personal automobile for business use.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet, laptop, and other equipment such as Chromebooks and routers.
• Able to travel and keep information confidential.

Responsabilités

• Administering computer-based assessments to students in-person in schools.
• Contacting schools to discuss the study, confirm participation and review setup of assessment logistics.
• Collecting confidential information and administering standardized questionnaires.
• Traveling to local or regional assigned school sites and coordinating logistics.
• Managing travel logistics and keeping records of progress and reports.
• Using RTI equipment and entering data in web-based systems.
• Setting up Chromebooks and establishing connectivity.
