Boston Express in Nashua, NH is seeking part-time Ticket Agents / Customer Service Representatives to greet travelers and handle tickets using a Windows-based system while keeping the terminal clean between schedules.

The role is 15–20 hours per week with afternoon/evening shifts (12:00 pm–5:30 pm) and some weekend/holiday availability required. Training is provided, with opportunities for a competitive hourly rate and a paid time off program.

Qualifications

• Part-time (15-20 hours/week), 12:00–5:30 pm shifts.
• Must be available some Saturdays and holidays.
• Able to work independently and in a team when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and handle cash drawer.
• Answer informational calls and direct passengers with patience.
• Perform light cleaning between bus schedules to keep the terminal tidy.
• Process transactions on Windows-based ticketing computers.
