JESSUP ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking an eHelper (Paraeducator) to support therapy services for LCSD#1 students. This part-time role, 10 months, offers 4 hours daily and non-exempt status.

The eHelper will log into the service provider platform, assist with scheduling, ensure sessions start on time, and coordinate with service providers to meet student needs. Requires English proficiency and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; experience with school age children is preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Log into the service provider platform on therapy days.
• Ensure computer and equipment (headset, webcam) are working before sessions.
• Find a quiet, well-lit location for the computer.
• Webcam positioning to keep the student’s face well-lit and centered.
• Review the service provider schedule and confirm attendance.
• Coordinate with service providers to confirm therapy schedule and first session date.
• Log in early to confirm which students are present or absent.
