Landmark Theatres in Santa Cruz, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations under the Theatre Manager. You will manage daily operations, cash handling, and staff development at multiple locations, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a leadership role and 1 year in customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate teams during peak times such as nights,

Qualifications

1+ years’ experience in a leadership position.
1+ years’ experience in customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to coach, train and motivate employees.
Must be available during peak business hours (nights, weekend, holidays).
Competitive salary based upon experience.

Responsabilités

Manages day-to-day theatre operations including cash management and inventory.
Ensures a clean and safe environment by maintaining facility and addressing R&M issues.
Operates and maintains projection and sound equipment.
Builds a culture of success through recruiting and retaining top performers.
Prevents employee relation issues by consistently executing human resources practices; ensure guidelines and processes are adhered to.
Ensures compliance with employment law, safety regulations, and upholds all company policies and procedures.
Creates a positive movie going experience through guest engagement and interactions.
