Job summary

Landmark Theatres in Atlanta seeks a Part-Time Assistant Manager to oversee operations at two locations, supervise staff and training, and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience. You will help maintain high service standards and smooth daily performance.

With at least 1 year in a leadership role and customer service experience, you will handle cash and inventory, maintain facilities, operate projection and sound equipment, support HR practices, and ensure compliance while engaging guests

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership and customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Theatre Manager, The Part-Time Assistant Manager will manage theatre operations including, staff management and training and development at both locations. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of management and customer service experience.

Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manages day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory

Manager Qualifications:

• 1+ years' experience in a leadership position
• 1+ years' experience in customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach, train and motivate employees
• Must be available during peak business hours (Nights, Weekend, and Holidays).
