Marcus Theatres Corporation in Wisconsin is hiring a Part Time Assistant Manager to lead daily theatre operations, coach staff, and ensure a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment. You will drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals and upholding company policies.

The role requires supervisory experience in fast-paced settings, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with supervisory experience in high-volume theatre, cinema, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software to meet evolving industry demands.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; standing and walking required.
• Ability to obtain food handling licenses as required by local/state laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; business or marketing coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive and service-driven environment.
• Support a culture of cleanliness by following company standards and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor safety across all areas.
• Operate and troubleshoot projection and sound equipment, POS and theatre systems.
• Support hiring processes, orientation, and ongoing associate development.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local laws, audit processes, and PCI regulations.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and drive service recovery.
• Analyze business trends to drive sales and optimize schedules.
