Brightpoint Community College is seeking a part-time Testing Center Specialist to proctor course tests and exams, manage testing and credentialing processes, and monitor communications. The role is based at the Chester campus with 20-29 hours per week, Monday–Saturday as needed.
Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule across Chester or Midlothian campuses. The position emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and ability to work in a fast-paced college environment.

Provide proctoring for course tests and exams, placement testing, accommodated testing and credentialing exams to students in various programs of study at Brightpoint Community College; monitor email and communications. Currently seeking applicants with availability to work a schedule to include 20-29 hours weekly Monday – Saturday. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
Must have excellent communication skills, computer and customer service skills; be able to work in a fast paced, diverse, and occasionally stressful environment. Applicants must also have the ability to work a flexible schedule at either the Chester or Midlothian campuses and accept related duties as assigned in a relatively unsupervised capacity. Successful completion and passing of a background check is required for employment
Experience working with students in a higher education environment preferred. Knowledge of on-line testing Canvas and Microsoft Office applications strongly considered. Availability to work Friday and Saturday shifts strongly preferred.
Travel between campuses may be required.
