Provide proctoring for course tests and exams, placement testing, accommodated testing and credentialing exams to students in various programs of study at Brightpoint Community College; monitor email and communications. Currently seeking applicants with availability to work a schedule to include 20-29 hours weekly Monday - Saturday. (Positions are limited to working up to 29 hours a week and available hours may vary throughout the year. Incumbents may be required to work either campus as needed, week-day hours, two evenings a week, and Saturdays.)
Must have excellent communication skills, computer and customer service skills; be able to work in a fast paced, diverse, and occasionally stressful environment. Applicants must also have the ability to work a flexible schedule at either the Chester or Midlothian campuses and accept related duties as assigned in a relatively unsupervised capacity. Successful completion and passing of a background check is required for employment
Experience working with students in a higher education environment preferred. Knowledge of on-line testing Canvas and Microsoft Office applications strongly considered. Availability to work Friday and Saturday shifts strongly preferred.
