Job summary

Camden County College (CCC) is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Testing Proctor to support the Testing Center across campus and off-site locations, ensuring test integrity and outstanding customer service. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as needed to area high schools and inter-campus sites.

The position reports to the Director, Testing Center and offers hourly compensation along with CCC's comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred.
• One-year experience in a higher education setting or testing environment preferred.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain test integrity and security
• Maintain exams and paperwork in an organized manner
• Communicate issues verbally and in writing
• Handle in-person and phone inquiries professionally
• Provide basic office support such as phone coverage, filing
• Travel to area high schools and inter-campus travel; must have transportation and driver’s license
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the Director, Testing Center
