Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to join our Greenville, SC location. You will greet examinees, verify IDs, monitor exams, and uphold strict exam integrity in a fast-paced center.

This part-time position is 20 hours per week with possible scheduling adjustments. A customer-service mindset and basic computer skills are required; training is provided. Shifts may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Monitor candidates during exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center.
• Ensure a fair testing experience for every candidate.
• Escort candidates as needed.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
