Prometric is hiring a Test Center Administrator in Lindon, UT. The role focuses on greeting examinees, verifying IDs, and maintaining exam integrity in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor exams, perform security checks, and ensure a fair testing experience for all candidates. The TCA supports multiple shifts with a part-time schedule (20 hours per week) and requires availability Mon–Sat, with potential evenings and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain test center policies and procedures.
• Monitor exams and ensure integrity of process.
• Perform security checks including wand searches.
• Support candidates and resolve issues with urgency.
• Maintain a secure environment and materials.
• Facilitate a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Escalate incidents outside company guidelines.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling as Prometric days require.
• Represent Prometric's vision and values.
