Prestige Community Credit Union is seeking a part-time teller to handle nightly cash posting, secure drawers, and deliver courteous service to members in person and by phone.

The role includes processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and checks, while balancing cash and checks at day end. Cross-selling and privacy compliance are required, with a professional appearance and organized workspace.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience of 1 year required.
• Customer service experience of 1 year required.
• Banking experience preferred (1 year).
• Cross selling experience preferred (1 year).
• Bilingual ability preferred.

Mansioni

• Post cash and checks accurately and balance cash vaults at day end.
• Safely secure teller drawers to protect cash assets.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to members in person and by phone.
• Handle a variety of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, cash advances).
• Answer phones proficiently and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Use 10-key to verify cash transactions.
• Complete midday and end-of-day balances for cash and checks.
• Cross-sell credit union products to meet member needs and meet monthly goals.
• Operate Branch Capture software to scan and balance checks for processing.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per credit union policies.
