• Receives share deposits in person or by mail
• Receives loan payments in person or by mail
• Operates on-line teller terminal
• Disburses cash or check share withdrawals in person, by phone, or by mail
• Processes transfers and daily balance verifications
• Cross-sells credit union services to members
• Keeps supervisor informed of area activities and any significant problems
• Maintains privacy of member account information
• Ensures timely and courteous member service
