Job summary

Rally Credit Union is seeking a Teller to serve members with precision and courtesy. You will handle deposits, loan payments, and cash transactions, while promoting credit union products and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of services.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of cash handling or cross-selling experience. You will balance drawers, process various member requests, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of cash handling or cross-selling experience is preferred.
• Most important to this position are accuracy, speed, customer relations, judgment, reliability, and ability to engage in relationship building, a highly positive, service orientated attitude.
• Requires communication, mathematical and general business knowledge or equivalent to satisfactorily perform the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Provide account services: deposits, loan payments, cash checks, withdrawals.
• Process wires, address changes, stop payments, or cash advances.
• Promote credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and related policies.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and cross-sell.
