Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Part Time Teller to work on-site at our Poquoson, VA branch. You will process member transactions, educate members on our financial products, and uphold regulatory standards while supporting branch operations.

This role requires an associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service experience, including cash handling, and offers potential for growth within the credit union.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to learn Langley products and services and explain them to members.

Responsabilités

• Process all member transactions accurately and promptly.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist members with service requests, documenting interactions in the CRM.
• Educate members on Langley products and services and make referrals to internal partners.
• Provide on-site training and serve as a role model for tellers.
• Protect members by deterring fraud and theft.
• Support branch operations and other locations as needed.
• Adhere to Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
