Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Part-Time Teller to work on-site at the Gloucester Branch in Gloucester, VA. You will process member transactions and provide friendly, accurate service.

The position requires an associate degree or two years of cash-handling customer service or sales experience. Langley offers medical, dental, vision plans, a 6% 401(k) match with Roth option, life and disability coverage, and paid time off including holidays.

• Associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Processes all types of member transactions, including balance inquiries, transfers, and payments, using the core system.
• Processes cash transactions accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and documents interactions in CRM.
• Maintains branch operations and supports teammates as needed.
• Protects members and the credit union by acting as a front-line deterrent against fraud.
