Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Part-Time Teller at the Stoneybrook Branch in Newport News, VA. This role provides members with courteous service, processes a variety of transactions, and promotes Langley products to help members save, borrow, and spend wisely.

You'll work on-site with a friendly team in a retail banking environment, handling cash accurately, supporting branch operations, and meeting regulatory requirements while delivering an outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Processes all types of transactions for members, including balance inquiries, transfers, payments, loan advances, account openings, and other requests.
• Processes cash transactions accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assists members with service requests, documents interactions, and follows up using CRM and Document Management System.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and makes referrals to internal partners.
• Works with teammates and supervisors professionally to support branch operations.
• Acts as a mentor for tellers and provides on-site training.
• Helps deter fraud and protect members and the Credit Union.
• Performs other branch duties as needed.
