Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within small teams.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals with accuracy.
• Cross-sell and educate clients on the Bank’s products and services.
• Handle credit card payments, issue money orders, bank checks, and loan payments.
• Manage night deposit bags and safe deposit boxes with confidentiality and security.
• Respond to customer questions and assist with general banking needs.
• Balance transactions and reconcile ATMs; maintain detailed reports and logs for compliance.
