Job summary

First Option Bank is seeking a part-time Teller to provide prompt, friendly service to customers, assist with selecting bank services, and uphold our customer pledge and conduct standards. Primary hours are Monday–Friday 3:00pm–6:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am–12:00pm, up to 20 hours per week.

The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and ATM duties.

Qualifications

• Over-the-counter customer service experience.
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer accounts and information.
• Upholding bank policies and code of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in person and by phone.
• Explain bank services and assist customers in choosing offerings that fit their needs.
• Accept transactions for deposits and loans; process money orders and cashier's checks.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accuracy; maintain cash security.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support ATM and night deposit processes.
